1. What Xenmark is for

Xenmark is a tool for ordinary professional PDF and engineering drawing review coordination. It is designed for teams reviewing technical documents — such as engineering drawings, design packages, and project submittals — where the goal is to collect structured comments, track responses, and produce a clear review record.

Typical uses include:

Reviewing engineering drawings for construction or procurement projects.
Coordinating comment rounds between buyers, contractors, and suppliers.
Tracking comment status across drawing revisions.
Exporting structured comment records in PDF or Excel format.

Xenmark is intended for business, commercial, professional, internal company, and freelance use. Do not use Xenmark for private consumer purposes.

2. What Xenmark is not

Xenmark is a professional review coordination tool, not a certified document management system, legal archive, or safety-critical platform. It is not designed or validated for use as:

A permanent document storage system or certified document control platform.
A legal archive, regulatory filing system, or official records repository.
A safety-critical workflow system where errors could cause personal injury or physical harm.
A system of record for high-value financial instruments, legal contracts, or compliance-controlled records.
A BIM, CDE, or Common Data Environment replacement, or any source-of-truth system for project documentation.

Xenmark does not provide certifications for ISO, SOC 2, HIPAA, or any other compliance framework. Users who require certified systems for regulated workflows should use purpose-built, certified platforms.

3. Prohibited content and uses

Users must not upload or use Xenmark to handle:

Classified or government-restricted information — documents subject to national security classification or government data handling requirements.
Highly sensitive personal data — health records, financial account data, national identification numbers, or other categories requiring heightened legal protection.
Safety-critical workflows — processes where a failure in the review tool itself could directly cause personal injury, equipment damage, or loss of life.
Legally critical records — court filings, notarized instruments, or records required by law to be held in a certified or audited system.
High-value financial or security-sensitive content — trading instructions, securities records, or banking instruments requiring certified system controls.
Regulated content requiring special compliance controls — content where your applicable law requires a certified, audited, or specifically validated system.

4. General conduct

Users must not use Xenmark to:

Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
Attempt to access accounts, projects, or data belonging to other users without authorization.
Probe, scan, or test the security of Xenmark systems without explicit written permission.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or content designed to disrupt or damage systems.

5. Enforcement

Xenmark reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate this policy. Where applicable, we will provide notice before taking action.
