Xenmark organises drawing reviews as projects. A project holds one or more drawings, each with its own revision history. Comments, replies, and statuses are tied to a specific revision.

Steps

  1. Sign in or create an account. Go to my.xenmark.app/login, or create a new account at my.xenmark.app/signup.
  2. Start a new project. From your dashboard, create a new project and give it a clear name your team will recognise.
  3. Add drawing details. Enter at minimum a drawing name. A drawing number is useful when matching comments back to the engineering firm’s records.
  4. Upload the PDF drawing. Each drawing slot stores one PDF per revision. When the engineering firm sends a revised PDF, upload it to the same drawing slot to create a new revision.
  5. Invite reviewers or continue setup. Add your team as Editors and the engineering firm as Participants. See Invite reviewers for role guidance.
  6. Review the drawing before sharing. Open the uploaded PDF to confirm it is readable and covers the area you intend to review.

Tips for a clear review setup

  • Use drawing numbers that match those from the engineering firm so both sides reference the same document.
  • Add all drawings before inviting reviewers to give a complete picture upfront.
  • You can close and archive a project when the review is complete. Closed projects remain readable, and a full archive bundle is available for download.

Xenmark is designed for ordinary professional drawing-review coordination. It is not suitable for classified, safety-critical, legally certified, permanent-archive, financial-record, or high-risk workflows. See Acceptable Use for full scope details.
