The plan you need depends on how many active projects you run, how large those projects are, and whether you need custom branding on your deliverables.

Who needs a plan

Only the Project Manager needs a plan. Editors and Participants are invited free — they can join any project, add comments or replies, and export deliverables without a subscription of their own.

If someone invites you to a project, you can participate without signing up for a paid plan. A paid plan is only needed to run your own projects, raise project limits, or use custom branding.

Plan overview

Free — Run one active project at a time. Suitable for a single review, a trial, or occasional use. Deliverables are Xenmark-branded.

Plus — Run more concurrent projects with higher drawing, revision, and member limits. Deliverables use your company logo and document format. Suitable for regular professional use with a few ongoing reviews.

Pro — Run more projects at scale with the highest limits and maximum archive retention. Suitable for teams running many parallel reviews or large projects with many drawings.

See the Pricing page for current plan prices and exact per-plan limits.

Archive retention

When a project closes, it enters a read-only archive before being deleted. The length of the archive window depends on your plan. You will receive email reminders before a project is deleted. Before any deletion, you can download the full archive bundle — a zip containing all revision deliverables, attachments, and the activity log.

Store the archive bundle in your own document management system. That is the permanent record.

Custom branding

On Plus and Pro, your company logo and document control format appear on both the PDF and Excel deliverables. On Free, deliverables are Xenmark-branded. Custom branding is configured in your account settings.

Xenmark is designed for ordinary professional drawing-review coordination. It is not a certified document management system, a legal archive, or a compliance platform. See Acceptable Use for full scope details.
