The person who runs the project is the Project Manager. Everyone they invite — Editors on the review team and Participants from the engineering firm — can join for free.

Roles

  • Project Manager — runs the project, manages members, uploads drawings, creates and edits comments, manages statuses, and exports deliverables.
  • Editor — your team members, consultants, and technical reviewers. Editors can upload drawings, add and edit comments, manage statuses, and export deliverables.
  • Participant — typically the engineering firm responding to the review. Participants can view project content, add replies to comments, and export deliverables. They cannot create comments, upload drawings, or change statuses.

Editors and Participants are always free. Only the Project Manager needs a plan.

How to invite reviewers

  1. Open your project and navigate to the member management section.
  2. Enter the reviewer’s email address. Use the exact email they will sign in with.
  3. Choose a role. Select Editor for your team or Participant for the engineering firm.
  4. Send the invitation. The reviewer receives an email with a link to join the project.

Safety note

Invite only people who should have access to the drawings in that project. Each project is access-controlled — members only see the projects they have been invited to.

Drawings shared in Xenmark should only contain content appropriate for ordinary professional review. Do not invite external parties to projects containing sensitive, confidential, or restricted information unless your organisation’s policies permit it. See Acceptable Use for full scope details.
