The work is deliberately narrow. Xenmark AS builds tools that solve one workflow problem clearly, rather than platforms that try to absorb every part of a project. Where a tool can run on the user's own machine and keep files under the user's control, it does.
What we build
Xenmark is browser-based software for structured PDF drawing reviews. A drawing is uploaded once and every reviewer works on the same copy. Comments are numbered and placed exactly where they apply, replies stay attached to the comment they answer, and each item carries a status of Open, In progress or Closed.
Once a page scale is set, lengths, perimeters and areas can be measured directly on the drawing. Every revision exports as a comment plan PDF showing each comment in position, alongside an Excel comment register listing what each one says. Nothing is installed, and only the person running the project needs a plan — everyone invited to review takes part free, whichever company they work for.
Why Xenmark exists
Xenmark was built to solve a problem that keeps appearing across engineering projects: client feedback on PDF drawings arrives scattered. Emails with no version reference, paper printouts mailed back, scans of marked-up PDFs, half-sentences in Teams chats.
Every new format means time spent reconstructing what changed, who said it, and what still needs action. That tedium costs both sides — in extra revision rounds, missed comments, and deadlines that slip from unclear instructions and unnecessary back-and-forth.
Updating a drawing shouldn't be detective work.
Xenmark replaces the scatter with one structured review per project. Everyone invited to the same place, every comment numbered and tracked, a comment plan PDF and Excel list exported when the review is done. The reviewers you invite never pay.
