A weekend feature update adds four measurement tools, page scale and unit settings, manual overrides for known dimensions, and five quick markup symbols. Measurements and symbols carry through to the Comment Plan PDF, the project archive, and a dedicated sheet in the Excel export.
Storing and repeatedly serving PDFs is the core infrastructure cost of a drawing review service. Xenmark keeps active project files on Cloudflare R2 with no egress charges and selected backups on Backblaze B2. Low storage costs give us room to keep the free plan useful and to revisit its limits.
Drawing reviews are often harder to manage than they need to be. Comments arrive through different channels, feedback is unclear, drawing versions go stale, and review history ends up scattered across emails, PDFs, and folders.
